1. Engaging in academic research on water resources technology and policy.
2. Promoting water resources education and correct the conception of water resources management, conservation for the public.
3. Collecting existing national water resources and establish an information network to make the center be the most important database of water resources.
4. Strengthening inter-faculty and cross-discipline water resources research within our school, enhance cooperation between our school and other colleges to promote water resources research, education and information management.
